I'm not
I didn't get here by theory.
I went through what many leaders experience but few admit to: the simultaneous pressure of building a business, starting a family, pursuing an MBA, and keeping my head above water without a salary for months. Then the shutdown. Then the rebuilding.
This is not a victimization narrative—it is the context that explains why I think differently. When resources are limited, structure is not a luxury. It is what allows us to survive and rebuild.
Today, I support organizations facing digital projects that have become complex, fragmented, or difficult to manage. My role is to bring order before executing. To clarify before equipping. To structure before accelerating.
