My story
I didn't get here
through theory.
I went through what many leaders experience but few admit: the pressure, all at once, of building a company, starting a family, doing an MBA, and keeping my head above water with no salary for months. Then the shutdown. Then the rebuild.
I'm not telling this to play the victim. It's the context that explains why I think differently. When resources are limited, structure isn't a luxury. It's what lets you survive and rebuild.
Today, I work with organizations whose digital projects have become complex, fragmented, or hard to govern. My role: bring order before execution. Clarify before adding tools. Structure before speeding up.
AI is a powerful tool, but only on a well-structured foundation. That's the foundation I build with you.

Clarity before action
A digital project only exists if it serves a clear intention. Without clarity, execution is just expensive busywork.
Sequence before speed
Speed without order creates chaos, not impact. The right sequence is what turns intention into lasting results.
Autonomy without dependency
Lasting value comes from teams that can make decisions on their own. My role is to make myself unnecessary, not indispensable.
